All sales are considered final unless there is damage during shipping or a defective item. Please contact our store for details. There are no refunds on custom items, custom fit items, and in-store alterations and custom embroidery unless there was an error on our part during producing the item for you. Defective or damaged items should be returned to the store for same item exchange or similar item of same or lessor value. Free delivery, if offered, is provided only within the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metro Area.
